Backcountry Containers, LLC and Backcountry Containers Inc. (collectively, “Backcountry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a premiere provider of container homes. Backcountry is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information collected when you interact with backcountry.com (the “website”) and when you purchase goods or services (collectively, “Services”) from us. California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Data Retention

Backcountry retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services. If personal information is not aggregated, or if information is recorded, we retain information only for as long as necessary following the use of our Services, generally no more than 60 days.

Backcountry is based in the United States. As such, your information is primarily processed in the United States. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities.
