Teravalis Welcome House

HH-Teravalis

Many communities today are searching for sustainable, flexible building solutions that reduce environmental impact without sacrificing function or design. Shipping containers offer a strong, adaptable foundation—and when repurposed thoughtfully, they become an opportunity to create meaningful spaces with a smaller footprint.

That’s exactly what the team at Floreo Village at Teravalis—developed by the Howard Hughes Communities—set out to achieve. Their vision for an environmentally conscious welcome house aligned perfectly with our approach to construction: building beautiful, functional structures by giving new life to unused shipping containers. The design, consisting of 5, 40-foot containers, includes an open-concept entry area, a kitchenette, 2 restrooms, a conference room, and 3 office spaces.
