Shipping Container Coffee Shop
This two 20 ft container build is a DIY rough-in model. DIY rough-in models are popular among customers who want to be involved in the build process but may not have the capability or experience to complete a full build on their own. For this project, the customer selected specific portions of the build for us to complete at our facility, including:
- Metalwork, structural, and steel reinforcement
- Sealing the existing container floor and installing subfloor insulating tiles
- Interior framing
- Rough-in plumbing
- Exterior cladding
- Exterior painting
- Electrical work
