Shipping Container Wine Tasting Room
This wine-tasting room for Floating Balance Cellars was permitted and inspected under the State of Washington Factory-Built Modular Building Program. Our team took this initial concept from design to delivery, while handling all the paperwork and submittals in between. Crafted from (2) 40FT high cube ‘one tripper’ containers, this tasting room is designed to be both striking and functional — perfect for welcoming guests and showcasing fine wines.

- Elegant pine ceilings and white shiplap walls
- Luxury vinyl flooring with a fully insulated floor system
- Ductless mini-split HVAC units, recessed LED lighting with dimmers, and built-in CO₂/smoke detectors
- Full ADA-compliant bathroom, closet storage, and an open concept kitchen/bar
- Electrical and plumbing systems are plug-and-play and ready for hookup upon arrival on-site
- Exterior generator plug for backup power source, pergola-ready lighting outlet, and dedicated wine fridge connections
